Bounti is building the AI-native infrastructure layer for frontline teams — spanning training, audits, and autonomous operations. We partner with multi-location operators in frontline-industries such as hospitality.

We're hiring a highly motivated Venture Growth & Market Expansion Intern (f/m/d) to join our growing team at Bounti. In this role, you'll drive expansion by researching, engaging, and developing new markets and accounts across our core segments. This is a full-cycle growth role: you'll not only build pipeline end-to-end, but also shape how Bounti enters new geographies and verticals.

Think of it as a compressed founder bootcamp — you'll sit at the intersection of sales, strategy, and ops, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team. We're looking for the kind of person Rocket Internet would've fast-tracked into an International Venture Developer — sharp, relentless, and excited about building something from scratch.

What you'll do

  • Market Intelligence: Research, map, and prioritize new geographies and verticals for Bounti's expansion. Build the data-backed case for where we go next.
  • Outbound Pipeline Building: Design and execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn) targeting new market segments — not just supporting the SDR team, but running your own book.
  • Account & Persona Research: Identify high-potential target accounts, map decision-makers, and build enriched lead lists that the sales team actually wants to work.
  • GTM Experimentation: Test new messaging, channels, and positioning hypotheses. Measure what works, kill what doesn't, and document playbooks for scale.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with AEs and the founder to sharpen ICP definitions, refine pitch narratives, and improve pipeline conversion.
  • CRM & Data Hygiene: Keep HubSpot clean, structured, and actionable — because bad data kills good strategy.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a top-tier university (Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar).
  • You've done something notable — whether that's a startup project, case competition wins, a prior high-impact internship, or something entirely unconventional.
  • Fluent in German and confident in English. Additional languages are a strong plus for market expansion.
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and having real conversations. Outbound doesn't scare you — it excites you.
  • Analytically sharp: you can go from messy data to a structured recommendation.
  • High agency: you don't wait for tasks, you find the highest-leverage thing to do and do it.
