Our mission
What you'll do
- Build the Agentic Company OS: Identify, prioritize, and automate high-impact workflows across the entire org — from revenue to operations to customer delivery
- Turn SOPs into Software: Translate internal processes into executable workflows with clear triggers, states, fallbacks, and handoffs (not just one-off zaps)
- Agentic Workflow Engineering: Build AI agents that can take action across tools (CRM, support, email, Slack, docs, data) with guardrails, approvals, and auditability
- Internal Tooling & Integrations: Own integrations and internal apps that connect systems like HubSpot, support tools, product data, enrichment, billing, and analytics
- Reliability & Governance: Implement logging, monitoring, retries/idempotency, cost controls, permissions, and security best practices — so workflows don’t break silently
- Signal-Based Automation: Turn product usage, website intent, pipeline signals, and customer events into automated plays, alerts, task creation, and follow-up sequences
- Rollout & Adoption: Ship weekly, embed with teams, drive change management, and ensure automations actually get used (and measurably save time)
Your profile
- Business-Leaning Engineer: You’re a strong engineer who enjoys living close to the business — you understand workflows, constraints, and incentives, and you redesign systems end-to-end
- Built Internal Systems Before: Experience shipping internal tools, integrations, automation platforms, or workflow systems that multiple teams depend on
- Real Engineering Skills: Comfortable with APIs/webhooks, OAuth, data modeling basics, debugging production issues, and building reliable integrations
- Agentic Mindset (Not Just Chatbots): You think in states, tools, permissions, and human-in-the-loop — you build agents that can safely act, not just generate text
- High Ownership: You’re proactive, structured, and excited to build a cross-functional capability from scratch
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, ideal German
